Sorry about that. We just stopped the rf plate an inch before the band that backs the weld seam in the tank. I would go measure for you but I'm out of town right now.
Well I was finally able to get the smoker painted and finished up! So far the thing is running great and holding temps excellently with less than a 5 degree difference side to side!
And of course I have to have my hunting buddy with me
