Ok so I have a heating element from my old, old Brinkmann vertical smoker that I'm going to use in the fridge.
I went to a local muffler shop and got a nice piece of 3" pipe that I'm going to use for my smokestack.

So I just got a great fridge I think a 1943 General Electric is what it is. Any way I'm going to be staying it here very shortly as soon as the temp comes down a little bit.

I have been mostly a offset kinda guy but I really wanna try this out.
So I can just pour lava rocks over the heating element and it wont flavor the food at all. And I could you like a pie tin or something for the chips?
