    Reassembled the whole thing, added some boiler tape to the lip of the firebox door and got the lighting harness all put together: That's pretty much it  for the build. From here on, it's all little detail work to balance the temps and practice, practice, practice.

    So here it is at the moment. I'm getting ready to strip and paint: The linkages work like a charm. Just turn the crank in back and the dampers open and close, just like magic. :)
