    Well here they are those two sexy beast. In the smoker at 11:45 pan empty apple wood in the chip tray hope to get a Harty smoke on it cause I'm going to the rack. So hope to reload the chips at around 1 and then who knows.

    Ok in going to that the thermostat is off on this MES by alot the two roast hit 145°in 2hrs they have a nice smokey flavor but I was expecting to have more time to cook the rest of the meal so it would all be ready around the same time. Here's a look at my loin
