    Yea I ain't never. 128514Cut temp down to 220 to let pork butts catch up. Brisket at 192 got beans in the smoker then make room for the Mac n cheese. 128077

    I checked my maverick probe with my therma pen. It's at 190 now. 128563128563cooled pit down to 225 pork butts are 150* allready too.

    Put my 14# packer on at 5:30 at 300 like I usually start for a few hours takes me about 10 hrs. At 9a it's 180* wth I've never seen one get hot that fast.

    Opinions, wood rack in fire box or no. I have one about 4 inches high all I get is ash on bottom no hot chunks.
