I don't like smoked food...
I love it! Hello all. I originally hail from Northern MN and now live in Michigan. When I was growing up, my dad was always building smokers for smoking fish and venison and I really love the flavor of smoked food. I currently don't own a smoker....I know it's a shame:). 2012 MES and the AMNPS 5x8 - Best Location
Great idea. This is my first post after joining the forum. Trying to decide which 1st smoker to buy for doing venison sausage and brats and am leaning towards the MES 30 or 40 or the Smoke-it. From the threads I've read, the AMNPS is needed with most smokers, especially electric, and I was just...- gonzo
