    So I havent smoked in over 2 months. This will be the first time I will used a new/used smoker. New to me but used. Never used a ebc. I am doing chicken breast rubbed in webers and wrapped in bacon. I pound the chicken thin and then rolled them. I am also doing smoked potato.

    So i just got this smokee from cl. Only paid $15. Anything i should know or mods. I only have used offset smokers before.

    The FB is 18" tall and 26" Diameter inside. Gives me 6616 cubic inch. The smokehouse I can build with cheap lumber is 3ft. Tall and 2ft wide 2ft long. Says I should use a fb of 6912 cubic inch. Should a be fine.

    All I have right now is that large propane tank. I was looking last night and thought about building a smokehouse over the tank with a stove pipe coming up. Any thoughts on this.
