    2 year old chocalate Lab named Malachi. He loves to help clean my grill. I heard dog slobber is a great disinfectant.

    Thanks for the tips guy's, Im excited i just picked up some shrimp and some applewood bacon, im gonna toss some corn on there also. i might try some zuccini on the smoker for a bit then ill probably transfer it over to the grill.

    Saturday im having a small get together, ill be smoking up some tri tip, a couple racks of baby backs, a fatty and some bacon wrapped shrimp. I think i might try to smoke some corn on the cob also.
