    Billbo I used a FoodSaver V2460 to seal the ribs. It has a wet and a dry seal mode with a moisture tray to catch any jucies it sucks out in the process. I had never tried it before this way and I did lose a bit of marinate but overall I was real happy with it and will definitly keep doing it...
