After recieving the fan assembly, I had to figure out how to fit everything inside hood and keep it operating properly and efficiantly.
I also had to acomplish this while not effecting the finished look to the eye!
I came up with installing the fan in the neck of the hood by means of clips...

Ok. After some time trying to figure out how to cap the miter lines in front I come up with copper bar with brass 1/4 20 bolts to sacure the bar. Just like my hood but I was trying to come up with other ideas because of the left and right shape of the miter's. See the stregnth of the bar is on...
