    well I started smoking my turkys for the sober new years dance got 5 butterballs around 12 lbs each and a couple pork roasts temps are giving me trouble but i'll keep an eye on it

    so all i need todo is make sure it's suspended in air and not touching the metal grill? make sence I'll try it tomorrow when i'm smoking my newyears turkeys, i got 5 turkeys and 2 butt to smoke tomorrow

    I'm looking forward to Qviews on the hagis, I goto the scotish games every year been going since i was a kid,the hagis is one of the highlights for me. it never even crossed my mind to try one in the smoker, now ya got me thinking and it hurts lololol
