    Awesome. I typically clean the the grates and drip pan with a brisk wipe down before each smoke. Thanks for the feed back. Doing my 10th or so batch of baby backs tomorrow. Three racks with three different dry rubs. Going all out this time.

    Yeah, i have seen the little plastic pop up ones. I would not trust those personally.
