Yes I used LEMs pre packed seasonings. The summer sausage is great. I have not been real happy with the maple breakfast pack the last two time I used it. I just did not get te maple flavor I was looking for. I did have two for breakfast this mornning and they were Better after resting over... -

Emergency Management
Our Government Keeps running TV adds locally here asking if we are ready for a tragedy ? I just wanted to let them know I am working on it. An IPA, American Ale, Bottled, American Ale fermenting as well as a Cabernet. I am working on it, it just takes a little time, and sure worth every minute.- jno51

It turned out great. A summer ale. I have brewed a pilsner, hefenwiezen spelling prolly isn't correct on that one but. A german brown, an IPA and two of my own recipes. I bottle as well as keg. I have not tried the IPA yet its not quiet ready, just a few more days. I have made a merlot, shiraz...- jno51
