    I have 2 of them and they are awesome. I start my butts or briskets in the evening, cook them all nite. Foil in the morning and hold at 150 till supper. Sure beats feeding logs to my offset all nite long. Mike

    Cleaning our smoker

    If its really disgusting............ Might I suggest hitting the crud with the flame of a weed burner? Then brush down with a grill or wire brush. Thats how I do mine, unless pathetic. Then I will remove the racks and pressure wash them. A quarter car wash will work also...

    Bad News

    Sorry to hear about your pet. We had do put down our cat and dog last year. Just enjoy them all you can. Then hand them to god. bull
