Kind of a stupid question.
I assume the breast hasnt any skin on it. We did an entire wild Turkey a few weeks ago and we put our trimmed brisket flat fat between the breast meat and the skin. We did it at the fun cook at Eagle Park. We then injected the bird with a mixture of butter, poulty rub, pepper, lowreys and... -

Possibly getting an Electric but need tips on which one.
During my seperation from my first wife.........I lived on the second floor of a big apt. complex. I lived the same delimas that you are facing. I went with a Cookshack Smokette and still use it after 9 years a heck of a lot. Its extreemly well insulated and works like a charm. Mike- bull

I know I had the best time ever at this comp. Walt and Teresa and their teammates Steve and Geoff were awesome folks to hang with as next door neighbors. I havent laughed that hard for that long in years. I have some photos that I will try and post here sometime later today.- bull

Yep, look for the only cell tower in Eagle. We are located east of that big old tower. We are at the far east end of the park. Unfortunately extreemly high winds destroyed the Eagle Park Sign. Cant wait to see you all tomorrow or Saturday. -

Dan there is a motel in Portland which is the first exit west of Eagle. I think its a 9 mile run. Its on Grand River Ave. exit. Cant think of the name to save my life right now. Its acrossed the street from the Speedway gas station/truck stop. Nice little grocery store there as well. Toms Mkt. -
