    Yeah we give each other a hard time about the "what if's" But we both agree on ONE thing, It's all good as long as you beat Texas ( which we have to do this weekend in Austin) But we are gonna have to play 100 times better than we did against W. Illinios and Louisiana Monroe

    There really is no limit. cream cheese, alittle rub, alittle bacon ( I also precook bacon to about 1/2 done) wrap, and smoke til bacon is done.     Have never smoked salmon and by no means am I an expert. But trout I normally do 225, and dont even concern myself with times or temps, when it's as flaky I think it should be, its done.
