Paramedic and Deputy Coroner for a large county 911 service for 23 years. Brand new to the smoker world and have always thought I dont have time. Well I've made time. After lurking around this site for a few times I signed up now I will spend every spare minute educating myself before I ask question and pull the trigger on a grill. Glad to be here.
