I have been using my mini and my 14.5 (got for Christmas) either does about the same amount of food. I can do 12 chicken drums without squeezing, 6 turkey legs, a 8 pound chicken, 3 racks of ribs (2 cut in half on top and one cut in half on bottom grate), I am going to see if I can do more ribs...
I put grommets in and because they have to be below the top grate when I take the top grate off to get at the bottom grate I have to remove the probes. The grommets work well for the lower grate but are a pain for the upper.
I cut notches in both my 22.5 and my 14.5, it was 30 seconds each...
Weber just announced that due to pressure from the Virtual Weber Bulletin Board members they are releasing a 26.5 WSM based on the OTG!

I have been using a trashbag to cover my mini. The wife doesn't like that so much, thinks it looks like a pile of trash ready to go.
I like the cover that came with the 14.5 but one won't fit on the mini. I had considered cutting down a cover for an 18.5, but wonder how that would work.
