    So far I haven't heard anyone upset about eating it. Folks are just looking for some bread to make brisket sammies. I'm looking forward to my next cook. The new rig has me wanting to run it as often as possible.

    After the cookin, and resting was done. I could here no complaints other than "I ate too much". I guess that equals success!! The boneless ribs didn't last long enough to get my camera.
