I shopped CL after looking at some of these older frige builds here at SMF and was shocked at how much people want for their old antique friges working or not.
Looks like I won't be able to to an electric smoker build out of one of these for a while now. New friges are a dime a dozen but IMO...
And to think I was going to start a thread asking for such a thing. +1 for the list. Now I can print it out and have it handy when I'm reading all the other threads.

I don't know any thing about building smoke pits just yet. So I can't say either way how it'll perform but the concept looks good. I hope it works out for you. I'm eager for the results.

Ah yeah the Wunsche Bros.Cafe. I use to love their Chicken Fried Steak if that's the place you are talking about.
Boy it sure is a small world ECTO1, I use to live almost right smack dab in the middle of Old Town Spring. Attended Spring Elementary to High and went to every Old Town Spring event I could like the Carnivals to Craw Fish Festivals.. Ah the good old days. I often miss it out there at times...
