    Welcome to SMF, Gary! I use an MES and have been happy with it. It's big enough to hold plenty of stuff for an entire meal (meat and sides) and still put some in the freezer for later.

    First time turkey breast questions

    If you're not going to brine the bird, you might want to consider injecting it. We did that with a turkey for thanksgiving and got comments about how moist it was. The injected solution was butter, chicken broth and seasonings.
