What I did is contacted local delealers and found one willing to bring them here. I called BBQrs Delight and talked to Candy. She sent me a price list for dealers. THere is a price break on pellets by the Pallet and half pallet. Once my dealer saw the prices he was all over it...
Congrats on the new pellet pooper! After you try the Traeger pellets, order a bag of hickory pellets from BBQrs Delight. These pellets I find to be far better in flavor then the Traeger pellets.

Now when you get a chance try it at night when the temps are under 60 degrees. The end product is even better. The cheese stays much more moist.
My favorite cheese to smoke is Guoda! It's killer!
