Not new to smoking I've Done Chicken, Turkey, Ribs, Pork Roasts, Peppers, but probably best at chicken. I have a; Smokey Mountain Vertical Propane New Braunfels Offset and just acquired a Oklahoma Joes Longhorn Offset Smoker that I am turning into a project of sorts. Thanks- rlj3rd
