    I have the 18.5 WSM and love it my only complaint is now I want the 22".  Get WSM and don't look back.  I have a kettle as well and for bigger cookouts I have grilled several times on the WSM I just pull the center section off and put the grate on the bottom.   Hope this helps Aaron

    I have an AMZN dust not pellet (yet).  This was the first time I have used it.  I tried some after about a ten days and it still had kind of a stale smoke taste, I have some more vac sealed and will try it this weekend but my first go round may have a flaw in it........not sure I let the AMAZN...

    WhtPlainsSmoker, that came out excellent.  Great job.  My Royals were supposed to end up on mine but that logo came from another company and didn't work for my application and I wanted to get mine done.  Of course heck may have to freeze over before they ever make the post season again.
