Put it on three bricks till you put feet on it. My acts funny solid on the ground. What temps are you at. Is your drum a thick one or thin. I went to a thick drum and a lot changed that's why I have no ball valves. I'll help any way I can.
I saw some nice heavy duty wheels at Tractor Supply. Just don't know how they would perform. Steel pipe is high. For my 150 gallon trailer I bought a used propane tank. I couldn't afford a piece of pipe. Good luck with your build can't wait to see it.
