    Seasoned her this morning and threw a couple chicken quarters on for the maiden voyage. Smoke is a little thick during the seasoning 90 minutes in Lots of work doing this stick burning thing but it sure is fun cooking on something I built

    Finally got some time to work on it. Got all of the welding done 100% now and cleaned up the welds/started removing the remaining powdercoating. Also built the cook grate and fire grate

    Made the firebox door seals and added handles as well as the air intakes doing a test burn. Holds pretty steady at 275 wide open if I limit fuel. I know I can get it much hotter if I add more fuel as I had the CC over 550 when doing the burn off just from the firebox fire. Also temps are even...
