    Update on smokehouse build

    Hi Everyone: I spent the past week getting the metal siding on my smokehouse and thought I'd send a couple pics. The front is set to the side awaiting the cutting of doors. The stainless liner material is here and I should get plans to the fabricator this week.

    Hey guys, I'm having concerns on my project. I am placing 2-3" x 7" adjustable vents at the front toward the base and will have a 4" diameter stack at the top. Given that this unit is insulated, 3' x 3' x 6'-6" (see recent post w/ pics) and lined with stainless steel, do you think I will have...

    scored a pretty good deal on stainless steel sheets and will line the smokehouse with it. I'm having a 4' drip pan tig welded out of this to keep the mess under control. A friend with a fab shop is bending the metal to custom fit.
