    I bought 8 boxes of Jealous Devil Cherry and Hickory wood blocks at the local home depot and add a block on top of the guard over the burn pot. These things work great for adding smoke flavor

    I have not made the Fort Myers trip so can not comment on that. But does sound better. But I would chose Orlando over Tampa.

    I would recommend flying into Orlando, can take the toll road from the airport to I-4, to Hwy 27, then south to the hotel. Traffic will be much better, but cost a few dollars for the tolls. Normally flights into Orlando are less than Tampa, but also depends on starting point and hubs involved...
