    Just started smokin-and its a good thing!

    Just started smokin-and its a good thing!

                    The first smoke turned out pretty well.  Did a 5lb chicken in a little under 3 hours @ around 225-235 using applewood.  Finished off in the oven under the broiler for 10 mins to get the crunchy skin that we all love.  The pics are before it went into the broiler.  Going to try...
