BTW, I smoked the frozen ones yesterday with some chickens. They smoked at 320*-340*.
Unfortunately I lost track of time, and they went 15 minutes too long, and browned too much.
But y'all know I ate one... then...
So, what can I do with it now?
It has fully cooled off. Can I put it on a roasting rack in my roasting pan and bake it?

This is a chicken leg off of a whole chicken. I tempt it at 170 before I pulled it out of the smoker. Is it normal for blood to still be in there? Where the blood is coming out there is where it connects to the body.
