    So, what can I do with it now? It has fully cooled off. Can I put it on a roasting rack in my roasting pan and bake it? Or maybe microwave the heck out of it when I portion it out on a plate?

    This is a chicken leg off of a whole chicken. I tempt it at 170 before I pulled it out of the smoker. Is it normal for blood to still be in there? Where the blood is coming out there is where it connects to the body.
