As a fellow newbie I can attest to the addiction and I spend all week longing to smoke something :)
I have found that aside from the smoker itself, the tools and other supplies seem to be a good expense as well.
Thanks James, I'm saving the rest of the chips for the grill . . . Do you use lump charcoal or briquettes? May try heating the water on the grill while the charcoal is heating up. Do you have to keep adding more hot coals with yours, or just wood? Like I said, I'm looking forward to cooking...
