I agree , also use good pellets like lumberjack. Some guys will use a tube filled with pellets in the chamber as well to get a bit more smoke. Personally I am happy with the smoke flavor of my Rec Tec
I would stay away from anything harbor freight sells especially mechanical. You get what you pay for. Look on letgo or Craigslist can get better unit I’m sure
I have a Rec Tec bull and it’s a great pellet smoker easy to use and great customer service. I’ve never had any issues with the WiFi. I previously had a traeger and GMG and they both can’t come close to the Rec Tec.

I have a Rec Tec. By far it’s leaps and bounds better than the Traeger and GMG I had before it. Rec Tec has amazing customer service and a great warranty.
