In my opinion I think your draft is laboring due to ur inlets not being below fire level. Im sure changing ur stack to 6" would also help a bit but for the most part I think its due to not having a lower inlet port. In my opinion.
GBM nice looking smoker. I did notice ur pneumatic tires right next to the fire box. My suggestion if u hvnt already would be to protect them tires from the heat with some kind of deflector plate. If not, tht heat will eat those tires up for breakfast, just a thought.
Not only that, ur rails will serve as extra support for the thinner gage cc and would reduce warping around the door where it is very critical for keeping door fully flanged. Just a thought. By the way, love the craftsmanship.
Nick v awesome looking smoker. I was curious, didnt read anything abt a top shelf being installed. Maybe I missed something. I guess my question is, are gna utilize the top space of ur cc with a top grate? Would almost be able to double ur cooking area.
