    Thanks for the advice. So I'm thinking if I use a much larger tube, and make an a Z shape (where the middle is straight vs angular), then a bottleneck shouldn't occur. Keep a rain cover on it, like the grill has, it should hopefully be ok

    Gravity fed charcoal? Im super novice and thought pellets were just tiny charcoal pieces so would do the same. With gravity fed, can a controler be set (e.g. 180F for 10 hours). What are you eyeing up?
