    Pampered chef has a line of knives that are really nice. I have a set of cutco's that are nice also. If you find a pampered chef consultant, I know they have specials several times a year on their cutlery.

    Thanks, div. i'll check some bakeries in town. I have a treager but it isnt tall enough to do the chickens the way you did. that was one of the main reasons for building a drum. I'll get back with you when I find one thanks.

    Smoke @ 250. 3-4 hours or until internal is 165. breakfast sausage or other ground sausage works best. You can mix 1lb. of hamburger with a 1/3 pound sausage for a binder. If you use salsa, let it drain a bit so it wont leak out.The beauty of a fatty is you can put in whatever you want.

    If you have a choice of chicken parts, pick drumsticks. you can brown them quickly and put in tins and whatever differant sauces you like, seal over with foil. fill up the grill and forget it. let them steep in the sauce.
