    2nd Traeger Flame Out

I have been dealing with the same issues now for almost 5 years, my same thoughts. What a waste of a $1,000, I have several buddies with $500 or less Cabala pellet grills that cannot say enough good things about them. Temps stay within 3 to 5 degrees, perfect smoke at whatever temps the set. My...

    TRAEGER GRILLS!!!

I've had TX Elite for almost 5 years now, I've had nothing but issues with crazy temp swings and never actually hitting set temp especially higher temps. It's never seen over 400 when set on high, it has gotten worse over this this past summer. Treager sent me a new Pro controller under...

    TRAEGER GRILLS!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PIECES OF CRAP GRILLS I've felt with nothing but issues for going on 5 years now. Today was just another bad experience with it. Meet on, would not hit temp, over temp, flame out, meat ruined. I am totally done with this piece of crap. Going back to my $40...

    Corned Beef...and Chuckie Burnt Ends.

That definitely looks awesome, I love my reubens Tom As Chris mentioned above smoking the corned beef really doesn't change the original taste, if anything I like the added smoke/grill flavor better than boiling method. Chris You keep mentioning pastrami here, you smoked a corned beef...

    Corned Beef...and Chuckie Burnt Ends.

My 1st attempt at smoked corned beef came out extremely salty (I totally forgot about the brine it's cured in?) As far as temp, crust, doneness I could not of cooked them any better. I tried smoking another one last weekend, soaked, rinsed, soaked and rinsed several times, no over salt chance...

    Treager Pro Controller

I have a question about pork butts and briskets, the last couple I smoked I did not have the good thick burnt crust that I have had in the past. I have not changed anything the way I've smoked these. The only thing I can think of is I am smoking longer at a little lower temp (around 160 to 180)...
