I had the same issue when I went to Home Depot, the solution is searcg "expanded metal" on the HD site and write down the sku, for the 24x12" package its 45830. If you do this they can find where in the store it is and you can verify your store has in their computer. I went in told them this...
Just another idea for portability is a mini-WSM, easy to build and very mobile and you still get to use charcoal and wood. Also doubles as a grill. :grilling_smilie:

I have the same SmokinTex 1400 and I have picked up the Amaze-N-Smoker from Todd that uses dust. 6x6 AMNS. Although I have not tried yet on my SmokinTex I have used it on the Weber and it did a great job on Buck board bacon. Another choice is to run more than one cycle on the SmokinTex just...
What two better things do then brewing and smoking meats and cheese...they go together.
I've been brewing on and off for 25 years.
I both keg and bottle, I still like the bottles to bring to friends.
Beers in the last 2 months have been Sierra Nevada Celebration clone, Steamer ale, Czeck...
