    I think the ABTs can look good. Instead of wrapping the whole thing in bacon, just put it on top like a blanket... if you wanna go all super fancy, I guess you could even tuck the edges of the bacon into the pepper...     First Q-View - Drumsticks, baked beans, and corn on the cob

    Looks great! I'm fond of smoking chicken wings, my "tough skin" remedy is to toss them on the grill for a few minutes after smoking. Crisps everything right up. I don't see why this wouldn't work for drumsticks as well.
