How Many Mes Owners Here?
I noticed that some come with legs and some come with wheels. Doe the ones that come with legs also have wheels? I like the idea of being able to move it around when needed. How do you all store your MES smoker? Outside under a cover? Inside?- maplenut

Planning a smokehouse build
The plan is to have the firebox off to the side of the smokehouse by about 3-4'. I never really thought about the grease drippings but I guess with a drip pan and with the heat source off to the side that should help.
