Thanks Dave, Took the smoker camping this past weekend up to Ice House. Is was 33 degrees when I started my pork butt at 4 am in the morning. It only took 45 miutes to get to a temp to 275 and only used 2/3 of a twenty pound bag of charcoal for a 12 hour cook. Not bad. I am making a charcoal...
