I smoked my first 10 lb pork loin and salmon on the Pit Boss PB-320 from Menards on 9/7/2014 using the competition pellets. It was frigging awesome! I set at smoke for 4 hours and then turned it up to 350 for about 30 minutes. During the smoke, it maintained a temperature of ~150 to 160' and...- tester2
