    I had a problem with my links wanting to bust. I think it was probably because the mixture was still pretty warm when I stuffed it. I think I'll put it in the fridge for a while before stuffing next time and see if that helps.

    Looks good. I just made my first batch of boudin tonight. Turned out pretty good. I'm going to use some of it as stuffing next time I smoke a turkey.

    Thanks for the add. I do quite a bit of smoking but mostly sausages. Hope to learn a lot and mabey share some knowledge along the way too
