It has been a challenge with the weather here but sun is up and bricks are flying today!
Who all thinks I should bust a hole through the grill wall and have an offset smoker as well??
It is approximately 7' tall when finished. I do not have todays picture but I have the back wall bricked. I decided to put a small smoker/grill on the right side instead of a shelf. The left side will have a granite shelf and a "dog house" beneath for fire wood.

Well guys, I have run mine through several smokes and nothing but success. If I get replacement probes...I guarantee they will be the 6 footers.
Love it, but thinking of buying the igrill with 4 probes. $200 but can find for $50 when they decide to throw a sale.
