    Hello I'm smokyjim...Jim is fine tho. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. I've got a Weber smoky mountain smoker. I enjoy smoking all different meats & different veggies. I've got a whack of sweet red peppers coming soon. What's a good way to smoke & preserve them ? Thanks
