    Pure dinner table porn! Lord it doesn't get better then rare smoked tender beef with taters and corn on the cob! I sure wish I could find tenderloin priced where I could afford it. They seem to be very proud of that stuff in these parts.

    For whatever it's worth, I find that it's easier to clean my MES 30 right after a smoke. The water pan keeps the humidity up so the crud is soft and comes off with warm soapy water.
