Load up the camper, kids & smoker and come over to my place. We could easily fab a steel stand for it in an afternoon while smoking something dead in my smoker!

We spent most of Memorial day making sausage. In between cutting, mixing, grinding and stuffing we had three racks of baby back ribs smoking in my file cabinet smoker. Sorry, it was a seriously busy (and messy) day in the kitchen so only one pic of our dinner.

Well, before I lapse into a pizza coma; here are some pics of tonight's dinner.
Not a lot of action shots, had my hands full. This pie is close to being done, takes about 4-5 minutes per pizza!

Pretty smokey at first but as the wood turns to coals, smoke clears up.
About 30 minutes into heating the oven. Slicing up some of my Canadian Bacon and frying up some belly bacon for meaty pizza pies!
