All these great looking new Mini's have inspired me to upgrade my Mini... I took the (worthless) thermometer I had and replaced it with a Tel-Tru, and since I am using a SJS, I drilled a couple of holes in the bottom and added ball valves. Tomorrow I plan to sic him on a chicken.
