    i just went to rural king today and bought a pair of pvc coated gloves.. they love exactly like the bbq ones ive seen online for $10 more than what i paid for.. i really dont think there is a difference..

    Smoked a chicked. turd in a punch bowl. Where did I miss....

    i did a beer can chicken and if i remember right i smoked it at about 330 degree for a crisper skin and i think it took 2 hours or so to do.. cooked all the way through at 170 degrees

    yea that is what i was kinda thinking about.. u could probably get them to sync but if one lost signal it would probably pick up the signal of which ever one had the stronger signal after that, you would probably have to turn them off and resync all of them... have u emailed the company about...

    Yea if u like to build stuff i would go for a UDS, but if u just want to buy something i would get a 22.5 WSM

    Yea i ended up buying a 22.5 wsm and finally got to use it yesterday, and man this smoker is amazing.. it kept steady temps for 10 hours no problem, and that was with me not doing anythang to help it out..

    yea thats what i hear.. i almost wanting to do some monster briskets but i didnt wanna try on the CG because i knew i would have to baby sit the CG all day and all night.. i hear these things can keep temps steady for 10+ hours
