    I had a small package ship from Reno, it went to San Francisco, then took a vacation to Hawaii. And it stayed there for over a month, it must have been having a great time. I did file a lost package complaint with the USPS, they were no help, saying the package was in my own town awaiting...

    Oh my Ray, what a shock that must've been! You hang in there and keep the faith. Modern medicine can work mini/many miracles. You'll feel like c**p for a few days, but that will pass. I'll be there in spirit with you, I've got lots of OR experience!

    Bread Flour

    I bought a nice kitchen scale for not too many pennies, and weighing all my ingredients has made a BIG difference. No more adding a little more flour, or trying to incorporate a bit more water. I was amazed at what a difference the scale/weighing made.

    Bob's Red Mill also has a great bread flour. I've found no difference using Bob's or KA, very high quality to both.

    San Francisco Bay French Roast, the beans coming from Costco. I grind them in a 15-year-old Braun grinder, and brew in an 18–20-year-old Cuisinart coffee maker. Heaven forbid the grinder or coffee maker ever die on me!
