yeah im hiring a van to come down with got too much stuff to fit in the car. the weber, coffee pot and slow cooker aswell as my chilli and sauces and a few other bits and pieces and plenty of beers
Nice looking burgers. I make my own buns easy and fast to make for the burgers I normally use Angus beef and stick a lump of cheese sandwiched in the middle with a seasoning of salt pepper garlic powder Worcester sauce and some hot sauce. Next time I make them I'll take a pic

. was thinking of doing smoked leg of lamb with a chilli cream cheese stuffing and some home made sausage and very good mac and cheese
ive just been really busy with college recently but will come on more now. as for the haggis that will have to wait till they come into season when they are young all 4 legs are the same length and hard to catch and pluck lol
I'll have a ok onto that.think I started it with 20 briquettes on each side then added a few during cooking.I read somewhere thanet ones tend to run hotter because the insides are all shiny and more reflective than a seasoned one don't know if it's true
It was ment to be a low smoke for about 5 hours but was having trouble getting the heat to drop down to around 250 was up at 300 for a while.will take a few goes to get used to it.Im starting to like the colour now it's a bit different.
